When the final whistle blew at the inaugural O’Reilly Auto Parts Puerto Rico Tip-Off last November, Miami stood above the pack. Eight new teams are tasked with adding their names to this three-day, 12-game tournament—led by the likes of powerhouses Missouri, USC and Memphis. This tournament, presented in conjunction with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, will again be played at the state-of-the-art Coliseo de Puerto Rico, in the cosmopolitan Hato Rey district of San Juan.
